[Release Planning 4.8] Samba 4.8.0rc1 delayed

Hi,

Samba 4.8.0rc1 (scheduled for yesterday) will be delayed due to
technical reasons (autobuild issues).
Currently, there is no new planned release date. It will be shipped as
soon as possible.
