Proposal to expire netsamlogon_cache

Jeremy,

I think we can simply link the the samlogon cache entry with the
session_keystr stored in the vuid structure.

The when retrieving the samlogon cache entry, we do two things
to validate it:  (a) verify the sessionid record exists, and
(b) verify that the owning process is alive.  (Note that the
pid of the owning process is stored in the sessionid key
string).

What do you think?  If we have multiple session setups we will have
multiple samlogon cache entries but I think that is easier than
reference counting or any other solution.

cheers, jerry
